You can do an Owner’s Equity-Contribution if you are acting as a sole proprietor. Or, once you start your LLC, you can put in a chunk of money from your own personal account and it is considered a capital contribution or paid-in capital into your business bank account that is registered with LLC info. Eventually, you can take that money back out as an owner’s draw. Regardless if you are using your own personal bank account, or eventually a Business account, you need to still be recording every expense and income in some sort of record keeping system (Excel, quickbooks, FarmRaise etc. like mentioned in the slide deck). This information is how you will file your Schedule F.

If you start your LLC after this, where do you get your money? (so that you aren’t acting as a sole proprietor?) The goal being to stay out of debt.
